I aim to describe my products as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of artwork can sometimes differ slightly from a photograph, particularly where the piece is textured or made from iridescent glass.
I have spent many years developing my own style of work. On visiting this website or purchasing work you agree not to reproduce, copy or duplicate any items including workshop kits.
Workshop kits contain glass materials, glue and grout powder. You partake in these activities at your own risk / responsibility and I cannot be liable for any potential injuries or allergies.
I accept payment by BACS and Paypal
I welcome private and site-specific commissions. Please do get in touch to discuss your project further. Once the general design and budget has been agreed I require 50% at the start of the project (this is non-refundable should you decide not to continue at any stage) and 50% on completion. The final balance needs to be paid before delivery/collection can be arranged. Once full payment has been received, I cannot accept returns of commissioned items.
Postage & Shipping
Items are posted via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. Larger wall arts will be sent by courier. I aim to process your order within 2 – 5 days. If it is likely to be any longer, I will let you know by e mail at the time of purchase.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you do not receive your order because you supplied an incorrect postal address, I will only be able to issue a refund if and when Royal Mail returns the goods back to me in original condition for re-sale – sorry.
For postage to countries other than the UK please contact me for a quote. International deliveries may sometimes incur import duties depending on the destination. You will be responsible for paying any such taxes or duties.
Orders & Returns
I hope that you are delighted with your artwork. However, I do understand you may sometimes wish to return an item. Please get in touch via e mail Juliefirstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return parcel is securely packaged, tracked and adequately insured against loss or damage. Please retain your proof of postage. I am happy to refund as long as items are returned in the original condition. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged during transit or if it is not in the original/saleable condition.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt to discuss and do send over photo evidence of the damage / packaging. I will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending it back to me. Please ensure that the return parcel is well packaged and returned in an insured, trackable method.
Please note that I am unable to refund/exchange items that are bespoke or personalised.
